Course Description
The aim of the studies is to provide students with knowledge of contemporary concepts and methods of tourism and hotel management, in particular planning, organizing and operating tourism activities, financial management in a tourism enterprise, formulating tourism development strategies in spatial terms as well as from the perspective of a tourism enterprise, creating tourist aimed offers and providing services to tourists, analysis of contemporary trends in tourism and hotel development.
The curriculum of the studies enables students to obtain knowledge useful for establishing their own tourism businesses as well as to deepen the knowledge useful for work in a tourism enterprise.
Course Description
Master programs are aimed at students who want to improve and update their knowledge and skills related to the management process. The graduates of Master studies in Management acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage companies or other, both public and private, undertakings. MBA is a two-year program consisting of a series of workshops developing soft managerial skills together with a consultative diploma project.
The curriculum of the MBA studies has been elaborated and adjusted to the requirements of the market so as to enable persons with various profiles of education to supplement qualifications and gain the state-of-the-art, practical management knowledge.
Course Description
The Bachelor Degree in IT Management is designed for people who are interested in IT-related issues and, being aware of their importance in business and everyday life, would like to apply the knowledge and skills gained at university in real business situations.
We provide graduates with comprehensive preparation to effectively face the constantly increasing challenges of the IT sector. Graduates of the Warsaw University of Business are prepared to work in managerial positions in IT departments of various organizations and as middle and top managers in IT companies.
Course Description
This programme prepare the students to manage their own companies, lead teams of employees and occupy managerial roles in domestic and international companies. The education program allows for the development of good managers capable of creative and analytical thinking, project development and business planning skills, and the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies. A significant role in the program of studies is played by practical education, in the form of classes and workshops. This will allow the students to practically apply the strategic concepts and models through case analysis, in most cases describing the actual problem situations, while gain knowledge of: supply chain management, organization of transport and storage, production processes, transport and distribution of products, management of international supply system.
